Can I be a beginner at yoga?

Absolutely, we tailor each retreat to the community that comes. Every class is all levels, Classes range from gentle to handstand fun, meditation to sound healing.

How much yoga per day?

Depending on the retreat, we will have at least one class per day, along with excursions. That could be a hike or exploring the local towns.

 

Can I travel solo?

YES!! One of my favourite things about Mindful Oasis Retreats is the connection and family you create travelling solo. We arrive as strangers and leave as family.

What do you do on your retreats?

Every retreat is a bit different! All of our retreats are created for you to relax and have everything planned for you. The main idea is for you to just enjoy. Most of the time at home, you are planning, organizing, creating for everyone else in your life. Mindful Oasis gives you the opportunity to tap into your inner child and play, showing up for yourself.
